[Submission Guidelines]

How do I submit ?

Step 1: Become a member of the group by clicking the "join our group" button on the front page and you'll be a member automatically.

Step 2: Choose the appropriate Folder for your submission. (Folder Guide is down below).

Step 3: Click the "Submit to This Folder" button up in the right corner.

Step 4: Choose the deviation you wish to submit and click the "submit" button.

Step 5: Your deviation will now be either accepted by the admins and appear automatically in the group gallery, or it will be denied. But do not worry, if your submission is refused we will gladly help you fix the issue.

Step 6: Your deviation is in the group gallery.


What can I submit ?

You may submit any "finished" Anime/manga related work, as long as it isn't 18+. (If your deviation contains mature material but isn't 18+, it's welcome in the group if it has a mature warning). Deviations with hateful content are also not allowed.

Please do note that all submission to this group must follow the submission rules of dA. Meaning, among other things, that the deviation you submit to this group has to be yours.


Why did my submission get declined ?

You submitted it to the wrong gallery folder.

You submitted a sketch or WIP.

Your submission lacked a mature warning.

Your submission is 18+.

The Admins clicked on the wrong button.

You submission had no connection to anime/manga.

Your deviation is already in the Gallery.

Your deviation does not follow DeviantART's policies.


What should I do if my submission gets declined ?

Send a message to the Admins on the Correspondence for the submission and follow their instructions.

Other Fanart
This folder is for fanart of official anime/mangas and their canon characters that does not have their own folder.

OC
This folder is for all Original Characters and fanart of non official anime/mangas and their characters.

Fairy Tail
This folder is for all fanart of the anime/manga "Fairy Tail" and its canon characters. Please do note that this folder isn't for OCs of this fandom nor Cosplay. All OCs goes to the OC Folder and all Cosplay goes to the Cosplay Folder.

Naruto
This folder is for all fanart of the anime/manga "Naruto" and its canon characters. Please do note that this folder isn't for OCs of this fandom nor Cosplay. All OCs goes to the OC Folder and all Cosplay goes to the Cosplay Folder.

Bleach
This folder is for all fanart of the anime/manga "Bleach" and its canon characters. Please do note that this folder isn't for OCs of this fandom nor Cosplay. All OCs goes to the OC Folder and all Cosplay goes to the Cosplay Folder.

One Piece
This folder is for all fanart of the anime/manga "One Piece" and its canon characters. Please do note that this folder isn't for OCs of this fandom nor Cosplay. All OCs goes to the OC Folder and all Cosplay goes to the Cosplay Folder.

Crossovers
This folder is for fanart containing two or more anime/mangas at the same time.  Please do note that this folder isn't for OCs of the fandoms nor Cosplay. All OCs goes to the OC Folder and all Cosplay goes to the Cosplay Folder.

Miscellaneous
This folder is for anime/manga related art that doesn't belong in the other folders. Tutorials, Stocks, Memes and Figurines are just some examples.

Non-anime
This folder is for fanart of Non-animes that are made in anime/manga style. For example a Harry Potter fanart in manga style would fit in this folder.

Cosplay
This folder is for all cosplay of anime/mangas.
